Education – bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot network, server, and desktop infrastructure issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
- Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
- Collaborate with senior administrators to resolve technical problems.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
- Provide end-user support for IT issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
- Strong Knowledge of Linux and Windows.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
