Experience required – 0 to 2 years in any technical company

Education – bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.  

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems.
• Troubleshoot network, server, and desktop infrastructure issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability.
• Implement security measures to protect systems and data.
• Collaborate with senior administrators to resolve technical problems.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Provide end-user support for IT issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
• Strong Knowledge of Linux and Windows.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
