ETP: POS Application
Business Objective:
We are integrating payment solutions with our inventory and resource management systems. This streamlined approach will enhance operational efficiency, ensuring seamless financial transactions while maintaining accurate inventory and resource tracking.
Innovated Result:
In the completed project, we integrated the ETP app, featuring a diverse range of modules, including billing, payment options, bill cancellations, shift management, and Store Front capabilities. Users had the ability to scan product barcodes, effortlessly populating the billing section. This streamlined process facilitated efficient transactions, allowing for the sale of goods to end customers, who could conveniently make payments for their selected items.
Elevated Outcome:
As an outcome, we developed an intuitive app with a seamless workflow, ensuring user-friendliness. Users can perform tasks with minimal taps. Our multi-module solution allows users to scan multiple products, apply promotions and discounts, and choose from various payment options, including PhonePe, Google Pay, Credit Card, Debit Card, or cash. Billing can be split across different payment methods. Store staff can easily install and activate the checkout app, granting access to products and promotions. They can assist customers throughout the store, providing pricing, discounts, and descriptions through the built-in camera/scanner. The recommendation engine suggests related products as items are added to the virtual cart. Even out-of-stock items can be added through the image-based catalog. This comprehensive system enhances the shopping experience.
