About this Position

Experience required – 3 to 5 years in a supervisory position at an IT company

Education – Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders.  
• Document business processes, objectives, and requirements.  
• Analyze existing systems and processes for improvement opportunities.  

• Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements and process flows.  
• Align documentation with industry standards and organizational guidelines.  
• Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.  
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective communication.  
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders
• Work with testing teams to develop test cases and ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and facilitate feedback sessions.  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations.  
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.  
• Assist in project planning, tracking, and management.  
• Monitor project milestones and address issues or risks.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint, SQL, Nintex, and BPM tools.
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
